About the role
Google's software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another
Responsibilities
- Develop CV/ML algorithms for imaging/video pipelines
- Develop robust tools for benchmarking and characterizing image and video quality
- Apply excellent programming skills or machine learning knowledge to optimize algorithms for computational photography challenges
- Prototype and evaluate research papers in computational photography, computer vision, graphics, and machine learning/gen AI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in computational photography/computer vision
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 3 years of experience in computer vision/computational photography algorithm development
